User Agent Switcher and Modify Headers firefox add-ons will help you to test mobile phone compatible blog/website for any mobile phones.

To test mobile blog/site you need:

• Firefox Browser with User Agent Switcher and Modify Headers firefox add-ons.
• Minimum one Mobile device user agent (user agent is a client application implementing a network protocol used in communications within a client–server distributed computing system.)
• UA Profile HTTP Header (Making the Web server believe you are browsing on a mobile device)

Install User Agent Switcher and Modify Headers firefox add-ons. Restart firefox browser and make sure that both add-ons can able to find menu under Tools > Default user agent and Tools > Modify headers to ensure installed properly or not.

Once its done, Start configuring User Agent Switcher firefox add-on first. Let’s consider we are going to test the site compatibility with nokia 6230 mobile device.

User agent for nokia 6230 is Nokia6230i/2.0 (03.40) Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 (Find more mobile user agents ) Add the nokia 6230 user agent with User Agent Switcher firefox add-on. Below screenshots will help you to illustrate the steps.
