Sarsgaard Wants Out Of New York
Actor PETER SARSGAARD is hoping to move away from his wife MAGGIE GYLLENHAAL’s native New York – insisting the couple should raise its family in a quieter city.
The longterm couple wed in May (09) and share a home in Brooklyn, where they raise three-year-old daughter Ramona.
However, Illinois-born Sarsgaard admits as their little girl grows older he’s more keen for a change of pace – in his personal and professional lives.
He tells the New York Post, “Down the line, maybe someday I’d like to live in the Pacific Northwest. Trees, water, fewer people. And write. I’d like to write fiction.” (JMA/PYN/MJ)
