Lohan’s Ex Arrested For Harassment
MICHAEL LOHAN’s ex-fiancee has been arrested after allegedly kicking the showbiz dad in the head during a heated argument.
The incident occurred outside Michael Lohan’s mother’s New York home on 14 November (09), according to police reports obtained by TMZ.com
The outspoken patriarch – father of actress Lindsay Lohan – claims his ex Erin Muller was too “drunk and high” to drive – triggering an argument that resulted in Muller intentionally kicking his head when he opened her car door to try and stop her from driving.
Muller turned herself into police on Thursday (17Dec09) and faces a charge of harassment in the second degree.
Her arrest comes just days after she alleged Lohan had violated a restraining order by calling her.
